1960s/70s Lace Ruffle-Collar Top

This item is in GREAT vintage condition! There is a tiny mark on the left sleeve (pictured,) but no other flaws to note. Also, it's so small that if someone saw it they need to just mind their own business, tbh. Wear under a cute pair of vintage overalls or with a lil leather mini skirt!
